No later than January 1, 2023, employers are required to post the 2023 FAMLI Program Notice in a conspicuous place where employees regularly frequent – where other labor law posters are located. For fully remote employees, make this available digitally where employees have access at all times, e.g., email, employee portal, intranet, etc.
Additionally, be prepared for mandatory business registration in 2023, before April 30, 2023.
